Can I get more of what I ordered, or can you get me something you don't have listed?
Maybe. I don't have more now, because I list the full amount in the listing. But email me and I'll let you know whether or not I can get more, or something I don't have. I'll also let you know the cost and how long it will take. After I receive it, I'll notify you right away and set up a listing for you.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, it depends on where you are, how you're paying and which product(s) you're interested in. Email me with this information and I'll let you know if I can ship internationally and how much it will cost.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, I charge full shipping price for the heaviest item, then I add $1 for each additional item. Orders over $100 ship for free! Please send me an email letting me know when you're done shopping and I will send you an invoice with a combined shipping discount.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
I ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Media Mail, which is only used for book, CD and DVD orders, can take a long time, but otherwise it should never take more than two weeks to receive your order after payment has cleared. If two weeks pass and you still haven't received your order, please contact me right away.

What is your return policy?
I want happy customers who are happy with their purchases. If you're unhappy with a purchase, please contact me right away explaining the problem and I'll do my best to fix it. However, I don't offer refunds/returns on CDs, DVDs, books, or buyer's remorse.

What forms of payments do you accept?
I prefer Google Checkout, but I also accept BidPay, Paypal and money orders. If it's an international order, I also accept Auctionchex.
