Payment - I prefer Google Checkout, and I also accept Bidpay, Paypal, money orders and cashiers checks, but you need to email me and let me know you'll be sending payment through the mail. Payment should be received within 10 days. I'm a reasonable person so if you contact me to let me know when to expect payment before the 10 days are up I'll work with you.
Shipping - I ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. I combine shipping charges when all purchases are made within 5 days and paid for together. You are only eligible to receive combined shipping if you combine your payment. If you've purchased multiple items within a 5 day period I'll send you an invoice with discounted shipping charges.
